The Urban Tech Lab aims to develop technology-based methods to qualify human experience of urban places. Combining quantitative and qualitative methods generated through technologies, the lab aims to create insights and competences on the sensory, physical, and emotional influences of the environment on people. The lab was initiated in summer 2021 by startup funding from Roskilde University with additional funding from Carlsbergfondet in 2022.
